Update fields of an existing lead: title, status, amount, probability, step, owner, tags, reminder or description. Returns the lead with id, title, step, step_id, status, amount, probability, currency, starred, next_action_at, reminder fields, tags, description, user_id, team_id, client_folder_id and extended_info. Use nocrmio_assign_lead to notify the new owner when reassigning. Send either description, or fields and append_desc, never description together with them. Moving a lead to standby requires remind_date.

Does the agent access noCRM as the user or through a shared API key?

As the user. Each user connects their own noCRM API key once, and Scalekit sends it with every call. Audit logs attribute every lead change, comment, and email to that user, not a shared service account.

Where is the noCRM API key stored?

In Scalekit's managed AES-256 token vault, namespaced per tenant. To rotate it, the user reconnects with a new API key. Revocation is a single dashboard action. Credentials never appear in prompts, logs, or LLM context.

Can I limit what the agent does in noCRM?

Yes. Filter by tool name in listScopedTools to expose only what you want, for example lead lookups and comments without nocrmio_delete_lead, which permanently deletes a lead, or the email sending tools. Scalekit also enforces scope checks before every API call.

What happens when a user revokes noCRM access?

The connection is invalidated on the next tool call. Subsequent requests for that user fail closed with a clear error. Other users in the tenant remain unaffected. The event is logged for audit.

Can the agent email a lead from noCRM?

Yes, if you expose those tools. nocrmio_send_email_from_template emails a lead's contact from a saved template, with asynchronous delivery, and nocrmio_send_lead_email sends a custom subject and body.
