We've redesigned the SSO and SCIM configuration flow in the Admin Portal and Hosted Widgets. Each identity provider now includes embedded, step-by-step guidance — so your customers can complete setup without leaving the portal or opening a separate tab.

No changes to how your application integrates with Scalekit. This is purely a UX improvement for your end customers.

Rollout dates:

• 🛠 Development environments — April 27, 2026
• 🚀 Production environments — June 1, 2026

The update is live now for all workspaces created after April 5, 2026. For workspaces created before that date, it rolls out in phases — giving you time to preview and validate before your customers encounter it.
